The role is focused on delivery of planned and reactive maintenance of electrical, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting system including out of hours emergency breakdown cover. To undertake electrical works as instructed (including portable appliance testing, electrical installation testing, lighting, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting maintenance, reactive and remedial works).Skills & Experience: Formal Electrical Qualification18th Edition IEE Wiring RegulationValid UK Driving Licence. Experience with building management systemsDesirable: Experience in working at corporate locationsWell provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.
