We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Fabric & Plumbing Maintenance Engineer. You will carry out various maintenance work to include all aspects of fabric & plumbing repair across a variety of client sites across the region.
As a qualified Fabric & Plumbing Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out:
- General Maintenance tasks (wall repairs, laying carpet tiles, replacing bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning traps)
- Basic plumbing (replacing taps, TMVs, etc.)
- Basic electrical (wiring in replacement appliances)
- Compliance tasks (tap temps, EL flick tests, etc.)
The Mobile Fabric & Plumbing Maintenance Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our clients and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our clients, customers, and colleagues with interaction on a professional level is a key requirement for this position.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Formal plumbing qualification or any other formal qualifications relating to the role
- Able to quickly diagnose faults
- Experience in working at corporate/commercial locations in a similar role
We will provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar environment.
