The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs, installations at our prestigious client sites across the city of London.
As a mechanically qualified Mobile Maintenance Engineer, the role will be orientated around mechanical & plumbing works with a requirement for flexibility and willingness to undertake other basic electrical & plumbing works which fall within the scope of the contract.
This could be a variety of jobs relating to maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site whether it be a specific piece of equipment, works to a building or the site infrastructure.
The Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers.
NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar recognised qualification Knowledge of Building Services BMS, Sprinkler Systems, heating systems etc Maintenance and Cleaning of FCUs and AHUs.
Maintenance and Repairs of Pumps / Motors preferable Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general reactive tasks Working with and managing specialist sub-contractors Must hold a valid UK driving license Well provide you with full training on specialist items once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.
