Mobile HVAC Engineer
Location Mobile across London / South East / Home Counties
Hours 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate – £19.00 – £21.50 per hour

We are currently seeking a professional Mobile HVAC Engineer. You will attend planned and reactive jobs across a variety of client sites across the region.
As theHVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Working independently as well as a team to undertake the Planned and reactive maintenance services on our clients premises, to ensure compliance with the specification, PPM, Schedules and Procedures, complete paperwork records and provide quotations for outstanding actions.
- Respond to call-out requests to ensure clients systems are not prejudiced and to maintain the continuity of operation as far as practical circumstance will allow. To report, quote and act upon failures and faults.
- To be fully compliant with the Health and Safety Protocol.
- Achieve a prompt effective response to emergency situations being capable to diagnose faults and initiating action to prevent deterioration in environmental conditions within the premises
- Conduct the operation of the contract in a pro-active manner so as to minimise difficulties with the building environmental systems.
- Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers with other disciplines to ensure the efficient operation of the plant / area without disruption to the client
TheHVAC Engineer will have the following Skills & Experience:
- Minimum Level 2 qualified air conditioning engineers.
- Experienced mobile air conditioning engineer used to working across London and the South East, carrying out air conditioning works including servicing/maintenance/reactive calls and fault diagnosis, along with all manner of component replacements i.e. compressors, LEVs, EEVs, PCBs, coils and fan motors etc.
- Engineers to have excellent Split/VRV/VRF systems experience along with a good knowledge of general HVAC systems.
- Possessing chiller experience/knowledge would be desirable.
- Keen and enthusiastic engineers who are able to work solely or as part of a small team.
- Good fault finding capabilities, use of manufacturers tools (service checkers etc).
- Experience with small installations would be beneficial, however not a necessity.
- Call out rota which is currently 1 in 9 weeks
- You must also hold a valid UK Driving license.
Well make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
You must be flexible and willing to support the team with other site general planned and reactive tasks including client requirements for the day to day running of the sites.
