Location: Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AA

Hours: Monday - Friday, either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm (dependent on the needs of the business)

We are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance & Logistics Operative to be part of the logistic operations team in a high-end corporate office. You will be completing room set ups/moves and deliveries, undertaking basic planned and reactive maintenance tasks at our client premises, and ensuring health and safety is at the forefront of all that you do.

In this role, you will maintain the fabric of the building including:

  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Carpentry
  • Undertaking general repairs
  • Setting up offices and meeting rooms

You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team, and our client.

As an Apleona Maintenance Operative, we are looking for:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to move and carry heavy furniture
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Motivated and able to work to a high standard
  • Able to quickly diagnose faults
  • Great time keeping
  • Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • A flexible approach on start and finish times to fit in with business demands

In addition to the duties contained in the job description, the Company reserves the right to require you to carry out such additional or alternative tasks within your capability as necessary to meet the needs of the Company’s business.

In return, we will provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of the team. You will work the above hours and be paid an annual salary of £29,000 with access to the following Apleona employee benefits:
