Location – Covering London & City.

Hours – Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00 – 17:00.

We are seeking a professional Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer. The role focuses on delivery of planned preventive maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs and installations at prestigious client sites across London. The engineer will be electrically qualified and will work in a mobile capacity, performing maintenance, repairing and installing assets across the site, including specific equipment, building works or site infrastructure. The Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both individual and team levels to deliver exceptional service and maintain compliance for our clients and customers. Strong relationship building with clients, customers, and colleagues is a key requirement.

Skills & Experience:

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or a similar recognised qualification
  • Knowledge of building services – BMS, fire alarm preferable
  • Maintenance and cleaning of FCUs
  • Water testing (L8), fire alarm testing and general fabric, handyperson tasks
  • Experience working on and managing PPMS from a CAFM system
  • Experience within the FM industry
  • Valid UK driving licence
