Are you a confident HR professional who enjoys being at the heart of the business and managing a high volume of employee relations activity? We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our growing HR team and deliver practical, hands-on support across multiple sites.
In this role, you will provide a professional HR advisory service to the business and be an integral part of a busy HR team in a growing organisation. It can be a challenging role where you will be targeted to deliver a full generalist service and will be required to build robust relationships with managers to have the credibility to advise. The individual in this role should be a commercially minded, pragmatic HR professional.
As a large part of this role will be ER focused, you will manage a wide range of ER casework end to end, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, conduct and capability. You will coach and advise managers on best practice and employment law and partner with the HR Business Partner to embed HR strategy in day-to-day operations. The HR Advisor will also support and lead on all TUPE activities both during the transition and integration phases, ensuring a smooth TUPE transfer for in-scope population.
As an Apleona HR Advisor, we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Strong, hands-on employee relations experience (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
- Solid experience of TUPE
- CIPD qualified (or working towards)
- Confident communicator with a practical, commercial approach
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
