In this role, you will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises. The Fabric Technician / Handyperson will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times, being professional and readily interacting with our client/tenants as required.
You will install, maintain and repair fabric systems and components, and on occasions assist with other duties including plumbing PPM and reactive tasks. You will also be diagnosing and correcting problems, selecting appropriate materials and providing advice to clients, contractors and other professionals. You must have basic knowledge of either plumbing or carpentry.
Our ideal candidate will need to have:
- Recognised industry qualifications or equivalent training programme in either mechanical/plumbing/carpentry, or previous experience in a similar role.
- Broad knowledge and experience of building services systems, maintenance management and health and safety procedures.
- IT Literate.
- Valid UK Driving license.
You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level. You will have access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
