Contract Maintenance Supervisor Electrical Bias Location E15 2LD, Stratford, London Hours Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00 Are you dedicated to delivering great service and want to join a growing company that looks after its people? Do you have the skills and experience in a similar role with a business-focused mind-set? If so then we have the role for you. We are currently seeking a Maintenance supervisor Electrical Bias to look after the day-to-day maintenance of our site, support the onsite development of engineers and ensure that a culture of continuous improvement embeds throughout the team. As our Maintenance Supervisor you will also conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, oversee the reporting in line with KPIs, conduct toolbox talks, and assist in the management of sub-contractors. Essential Skills & Experience: Recognised engineering qualification preferably electrical IOSH managing safely or equivalent Experience within a supervisory maintenance role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven leadership qualities Customer and delivery focussed Strong SHE knowledge Can do attitude and gets the job done Well make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
