Apleona is seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Executive to support the growth of our facilities management business. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building a quality pipeline, and supporting the sales and marketing team. This is an exciting role for anyone looking to kick start their career in sales and will have exposure across a multitude of the businesses divisions including commercial and projects.
The Sales Executive will research, qualify, and nurture potential clients across key sectors including commercial, life sciences, education, public sector, and business & industry. Using CRM systems, LinkedIn, industry databases, and outbound prospecting, you will generate high quality leads, engage decision makers, and schedule meetings to support our national sales strategy.
Our Ideal candidate will need to have:
- Proven B2B lead generation experience (FM or property services highly desirable)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Confident using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to understand and articulate FM service offerings
- Highly motivated, target-driven, organised, and resilient
- Excellent research and analytical capability
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desirable)
- Understanding of UK FM market dynamics and procurement processes
- Experience with digital marketing and automation tools
We will make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. You will work 37.5 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
