In this role asBuilding Fabric Technician / Handyperson, you will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises. The Fabric Technician / Handyperson will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times. Be professional and readily interacting with our client / tenants as required.
As ourBuildingFabric Technician / Handyperson, you will Install, maintain and repair fabric systems and components and installing and maintaining a host of different fabric aspects and on occasions assisting with other duties including plumbing PPM and reactive tasks. You will also be diagnosing and correcting problems; selecting appropriate materials and provide advice to clients, contractors and other professionals. You must have basic knowledge of either plumbing or carpentry.
Our Ideal candidate will need to have:
- Recognised industry qualifications, equivalent training programme in either mechanical / plumbing / carpentry. Or previous experience in a similar role.
- Broad knowledge and experience of building services systems, maintenance management and health and safety procedures.
- IT Literate.
- Valid UK Driving license

Well make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
