The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs, installations at our prestigious client sites across Leeds City Centre / North West. As an electrically qualified MobileMaintenance Engineer, the role will be orientated around electrical maintenance works with a requirement for flexibility and willingness to undertake other basic works which fall within the scope of the contract. This could be a variety of jobs relating to maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site whether it be a specific piece of equipment, works to a building or the site infrastructure. The Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. Level 3 qualification electrical Engineering or similar recognised qualification (AM1 or AM2 assessments) ~Knowledge of Building Services BMS, Fire Alarm preferable ~ Maintenance and Cleaning of FCUs ~ Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general fabric, handyperson tasks ~ Must hold a valid UK driving license Well provide you with full training on specialist items once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.
