The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding , repairs, installations at our prestigious client sites across Birmingham & the Midlands region.
As an electrically qualified Mobile Maintenance Engineer , the role will be orientated around electrical maintenance works with a requirement for flexibility and willingness to undertake other basic works which fall within the scope of the contract. This could be a variety of jobs relating to maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site whether it be a specific piece of equipment, works to a building or the site infrastructure.
The Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. Level 3 qualification electrical Engineering or similar recognised qualification18 th Edition.
Knowledge of Building Services BMS, Fire Alarm preferableMaintenance and Cleaning of FCUsWater Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general fabric, handyperson tasksWorking on and managing PPMS from CAFM systemWorked within the FM industryMust hold a valid UK driving licenseWell provide you with full training on specialist items once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.
