Location: Segensworth, PO15
Hours: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week.

Are you a skilled air conditioning professional with strong leadership experience? Do you thrive on delivering high quality technical services while supporting and developing your team? If so, we have the role for you.
As Air Conditioning Technical Services Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing the safe and effective delivery of air conditioning, refrigeration, chiller, and heat-pump services across our portfolio. Youll manage a team of supervisors and engineers, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
This is a varied role where youll combine operational, commercial, and people management responsibilities from resource planning and supplier management to health & safety leadership and staff development.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Recognised air-conditioning qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 & F-Gas Cat 1)
- Strong knowledge of FM hard services and customer satisfaction
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Experience in CDM and health & safety, including creating site-specific RAMs
- Commercial awareness of planned and reactive service contracts
- A full UK driving licence
You will work Monday to Friday 40 however you will need to be flexible to meet the requirements of the role. This role comes with a generous benefit package, and you will have access to employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
