We’re looking for a dynamic Soft Services Manager to oversee cleaning, security reception, office services, grounds maintenance, pest control and general facilities services across this key site. This is your chance to combine leadership, innovation, and operational excellence in a role that makes a real impact.

In this role, you will manage, lead, and develop a team of site-based and mobile staff, taking overall responsibility for team performance to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence. You will be accountable for all aspects of service delivery, including the creation and management of cleaning schedules, audits, and ensuring full compliance with HSQE standards.

You will work closely with clients to identify risks, implement best practices, and provide tailored solutions that meet evolving business requirements. The role involves managing budgets.

  • Proven experience in a management role within soft services or FM
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on motivation and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • Degree-level qualification in FM or Business Management (desirable)
  • Experience in FM or retail sector (desirable)
  • SIA Non-Front Line licence (desirable)
  • Valid UK Driving license
