Location: Motherwell, ML1 1RU

Hours: Monday – Sunday, 42 Hour Shift Pattern

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor, and update rostering systems for the security business.
  • Manage out‑of‑hours escalation process, compliance, reporting and help desk calls.
  • Support the business with planned and preventative maintenance work orders for the account teams each month.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Willingness to work with the manager and team to ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Must be able to supply 5 years of work and address history and ID documents.

Preferred

  • Valid SIA licence (Apleona can apply for a licence if not held).
