Location – Regional, covering the North West

Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

As Regional Facilities Manager, you will manage and deliver the critical operational requirements for one of our logistics clients, with an understanding of delivering both hard/soft service facilities management and supplier management. The role will report into the Operations Manager and will involve the day-to-day management of FM services to our clients’ property portfolio of multi-site, multi-service disciplines.

This critical, client-facing role encompasses the delivery of key business objectives and managing a number of staff including cleaners, maintenance engineers and admin staff.

Our Ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound FM experience, ideally gained in a client lead environment
  • Experience of managing sub-contractors
  • Both Hard/Technical and Soft Services experience
  • Experience of working with direct and outsourced service delivery teams
  • Experience of managing and leading a team of supervisors or equivalent
  • Experience in managing, influencing and operating within a multi-client/contract environment
  • Ability to manage disparate teams of regional geographical spread and varied functionality
  • Ability to manage change quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining effective service provision
  • Ability to be flexible with client and team relationships
  • Full UK driving license and access to personal vehicle

You will already have extensive experience in property and facilities management gained within a commercial environment, coupled with a technical/hard/soft services background. It would be great if you have IWFM accreditation or hold similar FM qualifications, and hold IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.

You will work Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:00, however you will need to be flexible to meet the requirements of the role which will include travel and very occasional overnight stays.
