  • We’re currently looking to recruit a

Receptionist, who will be at the heart of our Hemel Hempstead Corporate Head Office, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients and colleagues.

This varied role supports the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring front-of-house operations are managed efficiently while delivering essential administrative support and providing an organised and positive workplace experience.

In this role you will manage visitor and contract access, issuing security passes in line with site procedures; and process and distribute the in-coming and out-going post.

You will be responsible for the management and booking of meeting rooms and conference calls, as wellas ordering stationery and office supplies.

You will be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team and our client.

, we’re looking for

  • Previous customer service or reception experience is essential.
  • Full working knowledge of GDPR and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with colleagues, visitors and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Teams, Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of Condeco & Net2 desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, reliable and friendly individual committed to delivering excellent service and supporting a positive workplace experience.
  • Health & Safety Aware
