We’re currently looking to recruit a Front of House Officer to ensure exemplary standards of customer service, safety and security are provided to the client and visitors to the site at all times. As the public face of the site, we’re looking for someone who will act with professionalism at all times; a can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role.
In this role you will readily interact with all visitors/tenants within the building, delivering a first-class service and continuously looking for opportunities to proactively be of assistance to visitors and staff on site. You will be responsible for carrying out regular patrols, ensuring that it is safe for all visitors and tenants. Supported by our safety procedures, you’ll make sure that all incidents on site are managed properly and that detailed records are maintained to help keep us compliant.
In this role you will maintain continuous monitoring of site radio systems and provide regular liaison with the management team on all aspects of service delivery. In addition, this role will include the responsibility of carrying out minor PPMs to include fire alarm testing, and L8 temperature checks, you will also report any building and fabric faults, tracking progress through to completion.
As an Apleona Front of House Officer, we’re looking for:
- SIA frontline guarding licence
- CCTV SIA licence (desirable)
- Previous experience managing multiple site visitors, particularly managing contractors
- Vigilance with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience of working as part of a team in a multi-site FM environment
