Security Officer
Location – Northfleet, DA11 9AD
Hours – Monday to Sunday, guaranteed 24 hours per week with overtime available
Contract – 1 Year Fixed Term Contract, with a possibility to extend beyond this

We’re currently looking to recruit a Security Officer who will provide exemplary security and customer service for our clients and their people. Our Security Officers are the public face of the security team and should always act with professionalism; a can‑do attitude is essential in this highly influential role.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular patrols of the client’s site, ensuring it is safe for all visitors and tenants.
- Manage incidents on site in accordance with safety procedures and maintain detailed records to support compliance.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of site radio systems and provide regular liaison with the management team on all aspects of service delivery.
- Implement effective solutions and corrective actions to enhance the service.
Qualifications
- SIA frontline guarding licence
- CCTV SIA licence (desirable)
- Previous experience within the security industry
- Vigilance with attention to detail
- Experience of working with radio communications
- Fire safety and/or first aid certification would be desirable
