Apleona is a UK provider of integrated facilities management.
We're currently looking to recruit a Systems Administrator to join our Business Applications team and provide systems support to end users, while occasionally assist with project administration in relation to existing customers, and mobilisations for new customer setups.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line business application support to all end-users across northern Europe, owning and resolving incidents through to completion.
You will complete administration of user licences assuring accurate recording for software asset records; as well as the administration of our starters and leavers process and tasks in relation to data setup for new and existing customers in our systems.
An element of travel will be required from time to time.
You will be working as part of a multi-country support team and an element of support and cross learning with the IT Support Analysts to ensure appropriate departmental cover is expected as and when required.
As an Apleona Systems Administrator , we're looking for:
Be able to travel throughout the UK & Ireland with occasional international travel
Full clean UK driving license
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, additional European languages would be a bonus
Flexible and an ability to learn and understand applications and business processes quickly
