We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Maintenance Electrician.
The role is focused on delivery of planned and reactive maintenance of electrical, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting system including out of hours emergency breakdown cover.
As a qualified service electrician, you will
- Prioritise workload received to ensure that works are completed within allotted time limits.
- To undertake electrical works as instructed (including portable appliance testing, electrical installation testing, lighting, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting maintenance, reactive and remedial works).
- To ensure the works are undertaken efficiently, in line with customer SLAs, effecting a first time fix wherever possible.
- To submit a quotation, or request for materials as per customer procedure, for any jobs where further remedial works are required.
- To ensure that any site logbooks are updated following visit, so that site compliance records are kept up-to-date.
- Plus any other duties the role requires.
The Electrician will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers.
The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position.
Skills & Experience
- Formal Electrical Qualification
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Experience with building management systems
Desirable
- Experience in working at corporate locations

You will already have experience of working in a similar environment.
