Location – West London, Mobile across the region
Hours – 40 hours per week
Hourly rate – £16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- General Maintenance tasks (wall repairs, laying carpet tiles, replacing bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning traps)
- Basic plumbing (replacing taps, TMVs, etc.)
- Basic electrical (wiring in replacement appliances)
- Compliance tasks (tap temps, EL flick tests, etc)
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Formal plumbing qualification or any other formal qualifications relating to the role
- Able to quickly diagnose faults
- Experience in working at corporate / Commercial locations in a similar role
