Location: Manchester, M1 4LF

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: £14.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exemplary standards of customer service, safety and security are provided to the client and visitors to the site at all times.
  • Act as the public face of the site, maintaining professionalism and a can-do attitude.
  • Interact readily with all visitors and tenants, delivering a first-class service and proactively offering assistance to visitors and staff on site.
  • Carry out regular patrols, ensuring safety for all visitors and tenants, and manage incidents on site with detailed record-keeping for compliance.
  • Maintain continuous monitoring of site radio systems and liaise with the management team on all aspects of service delivery.
  • Carry out minor PPMs including fire alarm testing and L8 temperature checks, report building and fabric faults, and track progress to completion.

Qualifications:

  • SIA frontline guarding licence
  • CCTV SIA licence (desirable)
  • Previous experience managing multiple site visitors, particularly contractors
  • Vigilance with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working as part of a team in a multi-site FM environment

Full training is provided at start to enable you to perform effectively and become part of the team.
