We’re currently looking to recruit a Workplace Experience Coordinator who will deliver and maintain excellent customer service. You will be the first person a visitor or client meets or speaks to on the telephone; therefore, you will be responsible for the all-important first impression by demonstrating a high level of customer care and professionalism at the client site.
In this role, you will provide coordination and administrative support for our workplace services such as conference & meeting room management, parking & commuting and office supply management, as well as coordinating activities related to the delivery of workplace experience services for our clients including administrative support for teams. You will be responsible for the image and visual standards of the site, taking ownership of any issues or concerns and periodically inspect and maintain common area printers/coffee machine equipment.
As an Apleona Workplace Experience Coordinator, we’re looking for:
- Experience within a similar role – can demonstrate related experience e.g. Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management or Customer Service roles is preferred
- Ability to demonstrate an excellent standard of spoken and written English
- Ability to use computers to beginners’ level for word and outlook
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Ability to demonstrate organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and show initiative with an eye for detail
