We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

The role focuses on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs, installations at client sites across London.

As a mechanically qualified Mobile Maintenance Engineer, responsibilities include mechanical & plumbing works, with flexibility to undertake basic electrical & plumbing tasks within contract scope.

Duties involve maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site.

The Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will work within a team, providing exceptional services and compliance to clients and customers.

Building good working relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues is a key requirement.

Skills & Experience

  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or recognised qualification
  • Knowledge of Building Services BMS, Sprinkler Systems, heating systems.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning of FCUs and AHUs.
  • Maintenance and Repairs of pumps / motors preferable.
  • Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general reactive tasks.
  • Experience working on and managing PPMS from CAFM system.
  • Experience managing specialist sub-contractors.
  • Valid UK driving licence.

We provide full training on specialist items upon starting, ensuring you have everything you need to excel. Prior experience in a similar front-of-house environment is required.
