Location – Northampton, NN5 7QPHours – Monday – Friday, start & finish times

We’re currently looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant / Handyperson, who will undertake both planned and reactive maintenance at the client premises, ensuring health and safety is at the forefront of all that you do.

In this role, you will maintain the fabric of the building including:

  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Undertaking general repairs
  • The setting up of offices and meeting rooms

You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team, and our client.

As an Apleona Handyperson, we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills
  • The physical ability to move and carry heavy furniture
  • Flexibility to cover a call out rota
  • Able to quickly diagnose faults
  • Great time keeping
  • Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Outlook
  • Full UK driving licence

In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of the team. You will work the above hours and be paid an annual salary of up to £30,160 with access to the following Apleona employee benefits:
