Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 16:30pm

40 weeks fixed term contract

We’re currently looking to recruit a Facilities and Inventory Coordinator to provide vital support to various teams on site. You will be supporting the day to day activities relating to the receipt and processing of incoming and outgoing goods and materials. You will also provide support to the senior facilities coordinator, including work order involvement along with supporting the soft services team in ensuring good operational delivery.

This role will include varied duties that will include:

  • Accurately recording and maintaining detailed documentation of received goods and goods outwards in the inventory management system
  • Ensuring compliance with established goods inward processes
  • Using machinery to move materials and equipment around site

We’re looking for someone to be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to the job to support the manager, team, and our client.

As an Apleona Facilities and Inventory Coordinator, we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in an Inventory / customer service environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of SAP, Ariba, MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
  • Attention to detail
