Job Overview:
Apleona is a UK provider of integrated facilities management. With a client base that extends across 520 UK operational sites, we employ over 1500 talented people to deliver service solutions that work for our clients. We’re currently looking to recruit a Facilities and Inventory Coordinator to provide vital support to various teams on site. You will be supporting the day to day activities relating to the receipt and processing of incoming and outgoing goods and materials. You will also provide support to the senior facilities coordinator, including work order involvement along with supporting the soft services team in ensuring good operational delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately recording and maintaining detailed documentation of received goods and goods outwards in the inventory management system
- Ensuring compliance with established goods inward processes
- Using machinery to move materials and equipment around site
- Willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to the job to support the manager, team, and our client
Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Inventory / customer service environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of SAP, Ariba, MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
- Attention to detail
