We have an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced, organised and professional Facilities Account Manager to oversee and lead our FM team for both hard and soft services at our prestigious client sites across the North West. You will take the lead in providing Facilities Management at our well-known client facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operation on the ground, coordinating the hard and soft services for the facility and managing the teams on site.
The Facilities Account Manager will accurately and efficiently co-ordinate the onsite services as per IFM requirements, compliance expectations and guidelines, and will report to the Regional Account Director. The Facilities Account Manager will also be responsible for liaising closely with the client and other stakeholders with day-to-day matters and ensuring these are aligned with any overarching strategic objectives. A strong knowledge of working in both soft and hard FM services is necessary.

What do you need?
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound FM experience, ideally gained in a client lead environment
- Experience of working with direct and outsourced service delivery teams.
- Experience of managing and leading a team of FM managers, supervisors or equivalent.
- Experience in managing, influencing and operating within a multi-client/contract environment.
- Ability to effectively manage a multi-million pound P&L and deliver against business targets.
- Ability to manage disparate teams of geographical spread and varied functionality.
- Ability to develop and implement service delivery in line with strategic business objectives.
- Successful in presentation skills to client senior management teams and operation contract staff.
- Ability to manage change quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining effective service provision.
- Ability to be flexible with client and team relationships.
- Full UK driving license with access to personal vehicle.
