We are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Plumber who will work in a dedicated team and undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises. In this role, you will be responsible for the planned maintenance of the building engineering services ensuring compliance with the specifications, schedules, and procedures, maintaining communication with both the client and company.

We’re looking for someone who can achieve a prompt and effective response to emergency situations, capable of diagnosing faults and initiating action to prevent deterioration in environmental conditions within the premises. You will liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers from other disciplines to ensure the efficient operation of the client’s site and minimize difficulties with the building environmental systems.

As an Apleona Building Maintenance Plumber, we’re looking for:

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Plumbing & or Heating or Building services C&G
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Experience in commercial or industrial maintenance services and the ability to multitask
• Valid UK Driving licence
