Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Duration: 2 Year Fixed Term Apprenticeship

Salary: up to £15,758.36 per annum

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients. As part of this role, you will work within a support team environment and perform various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. You will answer calls from internal/external customers, contractors, suppliers, and other Apleona sections, record work requests and updates on the company/client CAFM systems, raise purchase orders to contractors, and handle other administrative tasks as required.

We are looking for:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service, including call handling
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
