We’re currently looking to recruit an Administrator to provide administrative support to the team and be the first point of contact for any internal and external requests. You will carry out a number of tasks with excellent customer service along with a proactive work ethic in order to ensure the administrative function is professional, queries are efficiently resolved and deadlines are met.

As administrator you will provide a full administration service including:

  • Processing purchase orders & invoices
  • Record keeping and checking on progression of works
  • Producing reports
  • General office activities such as greeting guests and room bookings
  • Administering payroll and HR information to support your manager, your team and our clients

Qualifications:

  • Experience of providing administrative support to a team
  • Experience of delivering customer service by telephone and email
  • Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently
  • Attention to detail and works accurately
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
