Apleona is seeking an experienced Hard Services Manager to lead hard FM and maintenance for a key client portfolio at Hursley, with some travel to London. You will report to the Account Director and manage engineering teams, ensure statutory compliance, drive operational performance and maintain strong client relationships.
You will oversee day-to-day hard services, PPM programmes, reactive maintenance, budgets and subcontractors, while promoting a proactive HSEQ culture and using CAFM.
