Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a Fabric Technician/Handyperson, who will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises. You will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are always adhered to, readily interacting with our client/tenants as required.

In this role, you will:

  • Install, maintain, and repair fabric systems and components
  • Assist with other duties including plumbing PPM and reactive tasks
  • Diagnose and correct problems; select appropriate materials and provide advice to clients, contractors, and other professionals
  • Maintain the fabric of the building including painting, plumbing, carpentry, undertaking general repairs and the setting up of offices and meeting rooms

As an Apleona Fabric Technician/Handyperson, we’re looking for:

  • Recognised industry qualifications, equivalent training programme
  • Strong Plumbing skills/experience
  • Strong Joinery skills/experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Broad knowledge and experience of building services systems, maintenance management and health and safety procedures
  • IT Literate

In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of our awesome team. You will work the above hours and be paid an annual salary of up to £37,000 with access to the following Apleona employee benefits:
