Hours: Saturday – Sunday, 6:00am – 14:00pm

We’re currently looking to recruit a Breakfast Chef to be responsible for the catering team and drive service delivery within a Corporate Catering environment. As the Breakfast Chef, you will be pivotal in facilitating our objectives of innovation, improved service delivery, cost reduction and value for money. It is an important part of the role to support the teams within your sphere of responsibility, to ensure responsive, well‑motivated and customer focused level of work and provide excellent catering services to all customers including staff, dignitaries and members of the public. This key customer facing role will be critical to ensuring that the client, their teams and all customers are satisfied with the services provided by Apleona and feel adequately engaged via appropriate communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • IOSH or equivalent (desirable)
  • Committed to delivering high customer satisfaction
  • Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently in a pressurised environment
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong health and safety knowledge including HACCP
  • Relevant catering qualifications

We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role and be able to demonstrate experience within a catering environment for large customer numbers.
