As Chef Manager you will be responsible for the management of all catering, vending and hospitality services provision, as well as leading all food preparation and menu development. It is an important part of the role to manage, support and develop the team within your sphere of responsibility, to ensure they are responsive, well-motivated and customer focused providing excellent catering, hospitality and function services to all customers.
You will be an important member of the senior management team and will need to be hands-on, motivated and committed to excellence.
