Location – Paddington London, W2 6BD

Hours – Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. 07:00 – 16:00 / 10:00 – 19:00

We are currently seeking a professional site based Multi-Skilled Engineer, based at a commercial, high end, flagship, client site. The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs, installations and support event set ups. You will support and participate in an on-call rota which is operated from within the site-based team. Occasional overtime may be requested.

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, the role will be orientated around mechanical / electrical works with a requirement for flexibility and willingness to undertake other basic electrical / mechanical works which fall within the scope of the contract. This could be a variety of jobs relating to maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site whether it be a specific piece of equipment, works to a building or the site infrastructure.

You will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position.

As an Apleona Multi-Skilled Engineer, we’re looking for:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar recognised qualification
  • Knowledge of Building Services – BMS, Fire Alarm preferable
  • Maintenance and Cleaning of FCU’s
  • Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general fabric, handyperson tasks
  • Working on and managing PPMS from CAFM system
  • Working with and managing specialist sub-contractors
