We’re currently looking to recruit an Apprentice Customer Support Centre Operative; you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients. As part of this role, you will work within a support team environment and conduct a number of tasks to ensure the service delivery to the business is smooth and efficient. You will answer telephone calls handling from both internal/external customers, contractors, suppliers and other Apleona sections as well as recording work requests and updates on the company/client CAFM systems. In addition, you will raise purchase orders to contractors and various administration tasks as and when required.
As an Apprentice Apleona Customer Support Centre Operative, we’re looking for:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service including call taking
- Ability to use computers to a good level for word, excel and outlook
