Customer Support Centre Operative

Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU

Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

  • Salary – up to £25,484 pa

  • We’re currently looking to a recruit a Customer Support Centre Operative; you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients.

    As part of this role, you will work within asupport teamenvironment and conduct a number of tasks to ensure the service delivery to the business is smooth and efficient. You will answer telephone calls handling from both internal / external customers, contractors, suppliers and other Apleona sections as well as recording work requests and updates on the company/client CAFM systems. In addition, you will raise purchase orders to contractors and various administration tasks as and when required.

    As an Apleona Customer Support Centre Operative, we’re looking for:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service including call taking
  • Ability to use computers toa goodlevel for word, excel and outlook
  • Experience of using Navision would be desirable
  • Knowledge of Purchase Ordering systems
