The roles and responsibilities for Maintenance Team Leader will be to supervise and manage the onsite hard services maintenance team, ensuring all day-to-day operations are delivered safely and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day hard maintenance operations
- Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed safely and within specified timescales in line with the contract SLA.
- Conduct audits on the works completed by the in house team and sub-contractors to ensure quality, compliance and safety standards are upheld and implemented.
- Develop a productive relationship with the client’s representatives.
- Ensure all relevant company H&S & HR policies and procedures are implemented to include incident reporting, risk assessment, Tool Box talks and efficient documentation completion.
- Assist in the control and management of subcontractors on site.
- Review staff performance and development needs to include identifying any training requirements.
- Ensure continuous improvement is an integral part of the service delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers and procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock or component parts.
- Oversee completion of all monthly reporting records as required for KPI.
- Ensure company communications are cascaded to team members in a timely manner as and when required.
- Attend departmental meetings as required.

Person Spec
Recognised engineering qualification mechanical biased.
- Experience within a supervisory Maintenance role.
- Strong building services maintenance background.
- Experience of VRV systems and Process water-cooling.
