We’re currently looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, to ensure excellent cleaning standards are achieved at all sites within this remit. In this role we’re looking for someone to complete regular site visits and audits, and act as line management for the cleaning operatives, maintaining good working relationships with those in your team as well as Regional Facilities Managers. You will support with budgets, reporting, staff rotas and recruitment to maximise the use of internal staff. You will also provide the focal point for the client for compliance, audit, health & safety, and cleaning schedules, and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team, and our client.
In addition, you will ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are followed as per company policies and procedures which will include accident reporting / investigation, delivery of toolbox talks, maintenance of statutory and non‑statutory records.
As an Apleona Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, we’re looking for:
- Full, Clean Driving Licence
- Qualification in IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
- Previous experience of working within the cleaning services environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- People management ability
- Computer literate
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc
In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of our awesome team.
