We’re currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative who will undertake both planned and reactive maintenance at our client premises and ensure health and safety is at the forefront of all that you do. In this role, you will maintain the fabric of the building including:
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Undertaking general repairs
- Setting up of offices and meeting rooms
- Specialist high level cleaning by way of a spacevac
You will also be willing to travel to other sites to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team and our client.
Qualifications:
- Full UK driving license
- Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain one)
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to move and carry heavy furniture
- Experience in a similar role
- Motivated and able to work to a high standard
- Able to quickly diagnose faults
- Great time keeping
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Outlook
In return we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of the team. You will work the above hours and be paid an annual salary of £26,528.31 with access to the following Apleona employee benefits:
