  • Hours – Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
  • We are currently seeking an

Engineering Supervisor to manage day to day operations and work closely with our client and on-site team.

In this role you will have full responsibility of all Statutory, Non-Statutory, Remedial and reactive tasks and report back to Contract Manager on a weekly basis.

You will Supervise and perform maintenance activities, ensuring maximum efficiency of the workforce & minimum services downtime; identifying and reporting any electrical/engineering issues or faults which will have a detrimental effect on the building environment.

As supervisor, you will act as our Client’s Representative in the management of maintenance and specialist contractors whilst liaising with customers, study & analysing their requirements, advice upon available options & provide ‘consultancy’ services support.

As part of this role you will be expected to partake in the site and call out rota as required.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

  • City and Guilds Level 2/3 qualification - Mechanical or Electrical
  • IPAF (Site Dependant) & PASMA (desirable)
  • Experience of building services systems, maintenance management, contractual procedures, and health & safety compliance.
  • Experience of leading a technical team and deputising for the Contract Manager.
  • Experience of planning strategic delivery.
  • Experience of working with stakeholders at different levels throughout the business.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Health and Safety policy/legislation and all direct and indirect.
  • statutory/mandatory standards.
  • Experience of development, implementation, and review of service improvement objectives.

You will already have experience gained in a similar role.

You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
