Hard Services Contract Manager .

You will manage multi-discipline building services contract for a multi-site national blue-chip leisure services client and additional minor contracts as required.

You will build strong relationships, maximising client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth across the account.

As a

Hard Services Contract Manager , you will

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Operations and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing accounts within Hard Services Facilities Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • From an M&E engineering discipline / or formal qualification
  • Valid UK Driving Licence with access to own personal car

Desirable

  • Experience in working at corporate / Commercial locations

You will already have experience of working in a similar environment.
