Apleona is a UK provider of integrated facilities management. We employ over 1500 people to deliver service solutions across 520 UK sites. We are looking for a Handler Team Leader to oversee the cleanliness of client premises to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of handlers to ensure cleaning standards meet BICS requirements.
- Support the manager with reporting and staff rotas.
- Serve as the client focal point for compliance, audit, health & safety and work schedules.
- Assist with varied tasks to support the manager, team and client.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Supervisory experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning processes.
- A strong desire to deliver great results.
- Flexibility to support the team during absences and holidays.
