Lead Maintenance Engineer Location Leeds, LS10 1FR Hours Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00 We are currently seeking a professional site-based M&E Lead Maintenance Engineer based at a commercial client site. The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding , repairs and installations. You will assist in the day to day running of your M&E team. As a qualified M&E Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will liaise with the Account Manager to monitor the progress of all PPM and Reactive works to ensure that all jobs are being completed correctly and within the set times and achieve the most efficient and effective running of the buildings. As the Lead M&E Engineer, you will manage all breakdowns, reactive and PPM works as required using your skills in supporting the team in resolving problems. You will also be fully conversant with the permit to work duties and to assist in the operation of the system.
