BlackRock's paid six-month programme offers service leavers and professional athletes the opportunity to develop their professional skills, enhance their understanding of asset management and the world of financial services, and prepare for future careers in the industry.
BlackRock is offering diverse roles and opportunities across the following divisions:
- Aladdin Client Business: BlackRock's global investment technology and transformation organization, partnering with many of the world's largest financial institutions to implement, operate and optimize the Aladdin platform.
- Client Services & Solutions: A client-facing organization within Technology & Operations that aims to create a more seamless client experience, improve collaboration across teams, and better align operational execution with BlackRock's commercial outcomes.
Military Applicants: Service leavers who have served in the UK regular armed forces with a minimum of 3 years’ service and have left regular service within the last 12 months.
Professional Athletes: Elite athletes who have either represented a professional team for their sport or represented their country at Senior international level. Applicants for this programme must be legally able to work in the location applied for.
