¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Gestionar a los proveedor: Controlar sus procesos a través de KPIs mensuales, fichas operativas, supervisión de funciones.
- Gestionar el Drive de Finanzas.
- Gestionar el envío de dinero.
- Gestionar el derecho Arco y revocatoria.
- Validar solicitudes recibidas de Oficinas sobre derechos ARCO (Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación y Oposición) para dar pase a Proveedor.
- Consultar Tratamiento de Datos.
- Gestionar instrucción del cliente de no contacto.
- Gestionar pago de facturas de Proveedores : RENIEC y CAMARA DE COMERCIO.
- SUNARP: Gestionar recargas, cuadre de atención de solicitudes recibidas de Oficinas.
- DERRAMAS : Generar y gestionar archivos para distribución de gastos(Reniec y Sunarp).
- Gestionar las tablas corporativas.
- Gestionar Base de Datos de personas.
- Grupos Económicos : Gestionar incidencias en el proceso de fusión de códigos centrales de Empresas.
- Enviar correo a Riesgos.
- Proponer iniciativas de mejora en los procesos inherente al equipo, que impacten en un mejor desenvolvimiento de nuestros clientes internos y orientado a minimizar costos.
- Gestionar los requerimientos de Auditores externos.
- Gestionar los contratos de seguros.
- Gestionar la CTS.
- Atender tareas puntuales asignadas por requerimientos propios del Equipo o de otras unidades: reactivaciones de ctas, bloqueos/desbloqueos , retenciones/levantamientos , revisar en movcontadetalle ope., efectuadas a clientes, etc.
- Elaborar mensualmente el Cuadre Global para Contabillidad.
- Realizar otras funciones designadas por su jefe, en respuesta a las necesidades del negocio y del
Equipo: Elaborar manual de los procesos, incorporar nuevos procesos y/o funciones del Equipo.
Requisitos
- Bachiller en Ingeniería de sistemas, Ingeniería informática, Ingeniería industrial, Administración o carreras a fines.
- Experiencia previa mínima de 2 años en roles similares.
- Dominio de Excel avanzado, SQL y Python.
- Conocimiento específico y manejo de los sistemas internos 3270 y NACAR.
