The predicted salary is between 69750 - 85250 £ per year.

You will have an exciting opportunity to help shape the development of our fast-growing European business and keep pace with the challenges of regulatory change.

This role will (i) help Vanguard assess the implications of European regulations, (ii) consider how to incorporate and implement change across the business and (iii) ensure appropriate disclosure of these activities in reporting deliverables.

Ultimately this role will fulfil the mandate to effectively implement regulatory change across our European business.

In this role you will

  • Analyse European regulation to understand the key implications for Vanguard.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to understand where change is required to meet European regulatory requirements.
  • Produce detailed documentation to record requirements and prepare executive-level communications to summarise the high-level impact.
  • Lead workshops to design implementation solutions to incorporate change across the business.
  • Develop, manage and execute project plans (working closely with programme managers) and define the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage activities required to deliver the project.
  • Benefit from coaching and mentorship from Vanguard Europe’s senior management within the Operations organization.
